  2. Heat Milk:In a saucepan, pour the remaining milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from scorching.
  3. Incorporate Milk Mixture:Once the milk comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and slowly add the milk mixture prepared in step 1. Now, add sugar and stir continuously to avoid lumps and ensure that the mixture is well combined.
  4. Custard-like consistency:Continue to cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a custard-like consistency. This should take about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cooling Process:Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
  6. Initial Freezing Process:Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container or an ice cream maker. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap to avoid ice crystals.Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for about 5 -6 hours.
  7. Whisking Process:After freezing the mixture, remove the container from the freezer and transfer the frozen mixture into a mixing bowl. Then whisk it keeping over an another bowl, containing ice cubes, with the help of a hand whisk or you can use an electric whisk to create a smoother texture. Finally, add 3-4 drops of butterscotch essence.
  8. Freeze Again:Return the mixture to the container and put it back in the freezer for another 5 -6 hours or until it is completely frozen.
  9. Serving Process:Once fully frozen, your ice cream is ready to be scooped and served. Enjoy!

Note: You can add flavors or toppings of your choice to the ice cream 🍦 mixture before freezing it, such as vanilla extract, chocolate chips, or fruit puree.
