  • 3 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons saunf (fennel seeds)

  • 2 teaspoons aamchur (dry mango) powder>
  • ½ teaspoon sendha (rock) salt
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • ½ teaspoon common salt
