Homemade Amla Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 grams fresh amla (Indian gooseberries)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons sugar powder
Instructions:

Boil Amla:
- Boil water in a pot and add fresh amla.
- Boil the amla for 10 minutes until they bloom.
- Remove the amla from the boiling water and let them cool.

- Mix the sugar powder thoroughly with the dried amla pieces.
