  1. Wash and Trim Cluster Beans:

    • Begin by preparing the cluster beans. Wash them thoroughly and trim off the hard pointed ends. Cut the cluster beans into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the Potatoes:

    • Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes.
  3. Heat the Oil to Splutter Carom Seeds:

    • Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add carom seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add Spices:

    • Lower the heat and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder to the pan, one by one.
    • Stir the spices continuously for a few seconds to release their flavors.
  5. Add Cluster Beans and Potatoes:

    • Add the prepared cluster beans and diced potatoes to the pan.
    • Mix well to coat them evenly with the spices.
  6. Simmer for a minutes:

    • Season the vegetables with salt according to your taste preferences.
    • Stir continuously for about a minute to combine the flavors.
  7. Add water to tender vegetables:

    • Pour in a tablespoon of water to help tenderize the vegetables.
