  • Pour the milk into the pan and wait for its boiling.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sabudana pearls are cooked and the milk has thickened.

  • Stir in the sugar, cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins to the pan.
  • Continue to cook the kheer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the kheer has thickened to your desired consistency.
