Chilli Sauce

Green chilli sauce is a flavorful condiment made from green chillies, vinegar, and a blend of spices. It adds a tangy and spicy kick to your favorite dishes. This versatile sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, marinade, or ingredient in various recipes. Ingredients:
- 100 g green chillies
- 1 tablespoons refined oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Wash the chillies
- Wash the green chillies thoroughly and remove the stems. You can adjust the weight of chilies depending on how spicy you want your sauce to be.
- Heat the refined oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the green chilies to the pan and sauté them for a couple of minutes until they become slightly soft.
- Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and water to the pan one after another. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes. This will allow the flavors to blend and the chilies to soften further.
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
- Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender or food processor to make a smooth and fine paste.
- Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can add more water if needed to adjust the thickness of the sauce.
- Once blended, taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt, sugar, or vinegar according to your taste preference.
- Pour the green chili sauce into another airtight container to store it properly.
- You can store this green chili sauce for at least 2 months in a refrigerator.
